We will be switching off the phone system at Colchester for up to 1 hr, to re-run system checks on the back up systems in Southend and Loughton.

During this time, there will be no inbound or outbound calls from Colchester Campus affecting the following:

All fixed telephone handsets and group numbers in Colchester
All BRIA softphone users will be affected
All BCT users will be affected
Voicemail service - no messages can be left or reviewed

Teams telephony users will not be able to call a Colchester extension number,

Teams to Teams calls will still work.

Calls to the Campus Emergency number 2222, will automatically redirect to the Information Centre backup line and Security mobile phone.
